- Users are responsible for final decisions
Accuracy Limits
- Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated
- No guarantee of accuracy
Data Use
- No customer data used to train models
- AI processing occurs per tenant with isolation
Prohibited Use
AI Outputs must not be used as the sole basis for:
- Legal decisions
- Compliance determinations
- Contractual commitments
- Financial decisions without review
- Personnel decisions
Transparency
- AI functionality presented in designated modules
- Outputs require review before use
Security
- No cross-tenant data exposure
- Data used in AI requests limited to scoped inputs
