Why is there a user cap on Starter and Pro?
Starter (max 20 users) and Pro (max 50 users) run on shared infrastructure. The cap ensures fair resource allocation for all tenants. When your team outgrows your plan, upgrading unlocks more capacity and dedicated infrastructure.
What happens when I hit my seat cap?
You won't be able to add users beyond your plan's cap. Upgrading to the next tier unlocks more capacity — no data migration required.
What's included in Pro's phone support?
Pro includes phone and email support with a 24-hour response SLA. Starter is email-only with a 48-hour SLA. Enterprise gets a dedicated support contact with a 4-hour SLA.
Is Enterprise AI really unlimited?
No — Enterprise includes a 20M token/month default. This covers typical mid-market usage. High-volume needs (100M+ tokens) are available via a custom contract. Contact sales for details.
How does seat overage billing work?
Your plan includes a bundle of Advanced and Standard seats. Advanced users (those with access to pipeline, intelligence, HR, etc.) are billed at $25/mo each above the bundle. Standard users are $5/mo each. Overages are billed monthly even on annual plans.
Can I switch between Starter and Pro?
Yes, upgrades are instant. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. You cannot downgrade if your current user count exceeds the lower plan's cap.
What is Pro Dedicated?
Pro Dedicated is the same features as Pro, but your data lives in a dedicated Azure SQL database rather than a shared elastic pool. Recommended for teams with compliance requirements or heavy reporting workloads. Same 50-user cap.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing gives you a 15% discount on the base fee. You pay the discounted annual amount upfront. Seat overages above the included minimum are always billed monthly based on actual usage.
Is there a free trial?

What happens to my data if I cancel?
You have 30 days after cancellation to export all your data using the self-service export tool. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

All plans include Azure AD / Entra ID SSO, role-based access control, and full audit logging. Dedicated and Isolated plans add infrastructure-level separation. Enterprise — Isolated adds full blast-radius isolation and CUI-ready deployment.
