Customer may request deletion of Customer Data, subject to operational and legal requirements.

8. Customer Responsibilities and Data Sensitivity

Customer is responsible for determining what data is submitted to the Service.

The Service is not represented as compliant with specific regulatory frameworks (e.g., CMMC, FedRAMP) unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Customer should not submit Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or other sensitive regulated data unless such use is expressly authorized.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain sessions and authentication
  • Analyze usage and improve performance

You may control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
